Mycophenolic side effect was reported by a Physician from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on Jan 31, 2006. Male patient, 64 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Mycophenolic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, oral intake reduced. Mycophenolic dosage: 360 MG, TID. During the same period patient was treated with MYCOPHENOLIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CORTICOSTEROIDS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, anti-erythropoietin antibody positive, aplasia pure red cell, asthenia, blood creatine increased, blood pressure increased, bone marrow failure, confusional state, diarrhoea. Mycophenolic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METRONIDAZOLE, HYDRALAZINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DOXAZOSIN, DEFERIPRONE, CYCLOSPORINE, CIPROFLOXACIN, ATENOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/19/2005.
