Mycophenolic side effect was reported by a Physician from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on Nov 23, 2005. Female patient, 41 years of age, weighting 108.0 lb, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Mycophenolic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hepatic failure, kidney transplant rejection. Mycophenolic dosage: 720 MG, BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, ischaemic hepatitis, nausea , nephropathy toxic, renal impairment, renal tubular necrosis. Mycophenolic dosage: 500 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with MYCOPHENOLIC ACID, NEORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , acute respiratory distress syndrome, ammonia increased, anuria, aspartate aminotransferase increased, biopsy liver abnormal, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood creatinine increased, c-reactive protein increased. Mycophenolic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCORTISONE, TACROLIMUS, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
