After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: nasal discomfort. Mupirocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREVACID, ESTRADIOL, LIPITOR, PANCRELIPASE, FEXOFENADINE. Patient recovered.
