Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with increased upper airway secretion and was treated with Mucinex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood pressure decreased, dizziness , heart rate decreased, nervousness, syncope, vomiting. Mucinex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, FLEXERIL, TYLOX, WELCHOL, ESTRATEST, NEXIUM, TOPROL, AMARYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
