Female patient, 48 years of age, weighting 125.0 lb, was diagnosed with cough and was treated with Mucinex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, hypervigilance, loss of consciousness, mydriasis, respiratory rate increased, restlessness, syncope. Mucinex dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, blood pressure increased, confusional state, heart rate increased, motor dysfunction, mydriasis, psychomotor hyperactivity. Mucinex dosage: MG ONCE ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ADDERALL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
