Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with respiratory tract congestion and was treated with Mucinex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, cerebrovascular accident, convulsion, dysphagia, heart rate increased. Mucinex dosage: MG B.I.D. ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, ZOCOR, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
