Female patient, 88 years of age, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Moxifloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clostridial infection, hypotension, sepsis , tachycardia, white blood cell count increased. Moxifloxacin dosage: 400MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
