Male patient, 87 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection and was treated with Moxifloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: glomerulosclerosis, nephritis interstitial, renal failure acute. Moxifloxacin dosage: 400 MG EVERY DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
