Moxifloxacin dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 400 MG UNIT DOSE: 400 MG. During the same period patient was treated with MEROPENEM, PROPOFOL, SUFENTANIL, SELENITE, PANTOPRAZOLE.
