After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, cytolytic hepatitis, eosinophilia, pyrexia. Moxifloxacin dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 400 MG UNIT DOSE: 400 MG. During the same period patient was treated with MOXIFLOXACIN HYDROCHLORIDE, AMIKLIN, ETHIONAMIDE, CYCLOSERINE, ZOPHREN, DIANTALVIC, SERESTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
