Moxifloxacin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SWITZERLAND on Mar 30, 2007. Female patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with tuberculosis , hiv infection  and was treated with Moxifloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood amylase increased, blood bilirubin increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, lipase increased, mixed hepatocellular-cholestatic injury, pancreatic enzymes increased. Moxifloxacin dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 400 MG UNIT DOSE: 400 MG. During the same period patient was treated with ISONIAZID, PYRAZINAMIDE, ETHAMBUTOL HYDROCHLORIDE, SAQUINAVIR, RITONAVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
