Female patient, 16 years of age, was diagnosed with pyrexia, sinusitis  and was treated with Motrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute, renal tubular necrosis. Motrin dosage: 400 MG QID PO. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
