Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis , osteoarthritis  and was treated with Motrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , cerebrovascular accident, chest pain , constipation , dizziness , electrocardiogram abnormal, headache , musculoskeletal disorder, myofascial pain syndrome. Motrin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
