After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, amnesia, condition aggravated, depression , irritability, loss of consciousness, mood altered, product quality issue, respiratory failure. Morphine dosage: 30 MG, ONCE TABLET EVERY OTHER DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE SULPHATE, PERCOCET, LEXPRO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
