Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with epidural anaesthesia and was treated with Morphine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, agitation, incorrect dose administered, miosis, myopia, nausea , visual disturbance, visual field defect. Morphine dosage: 40 MG, SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with BUPIVACAINE, FENTANYL. Patient recovered.
