Moduretic side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SPAIN on June 25, 2002. Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with essential hypertension, schizophreniform disorder and was treated with Moduretic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, central pontine myelinolysis, coma, hyponatraemia, vomiting. Moduretic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA, MODECATE, TRANXILIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
