Moduretic Side Effects Report #4941908-8
Moduretic side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SWITZERLAND on Mar 10, 2006. Male patient, 92 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertensive heart disease, cardiac failure congestive, polyneuropathy, benign prostatic hyperplasia and was treated with Moduretic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, coordination abnormal, dysarthria, orthostatic hypotension, renal failure chronic. Moduretic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN, TORSEMIDE, ALFUZOSIN HYDROCHLORIDE, ASPIRIN, NITROGLYCERIN, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
