Moduretic Side Effects Report #5124000-1
Moduretic side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Sept 28, 2006. Male patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, hyperuricaemia and was treated with Moduretic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, myalgia. Moduretic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COAPROVEL, HYPERIUM, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
