Modafinil side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 03, 2007. Female patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with poor quality sleep, depression  and was treated with Modafinil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, chorea, confusional state, dyskinesia, hyperthermia, opisthotonus, restlessness, serotonin syndrome. Modafinil dosage: 200 MG QD ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TRANYLCYPROMINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
