Modacin Side Effects Report #5718000-8
Modacin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Apr 24, 2008. Female patient, 23 years of age, weighting 44.09 lb, was diagnosed with pyelonephritis, hypertension, urinary tract infection  and was treated with Modacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, rash erythematous. Modacin dosage: 500MG FOUR TIMES PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with EBRANTIL, BACTRIM, SEPAMIT, SOLDEM. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, pyrexia, rash erythematous, skin erosion, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Modacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TIENAM, PENTCILLIN, CLINDAMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
