Modacin Side Effects Report #5082415-4
Modacin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 02, 2006. Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia pneumococcal, chronic respiratory failure, diabetes mellitus, prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer, fluid replacement and was treated with Modacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood urea increased, cardiac failure, haematemesis, hypercapnia, hyperhidrosis, painful respiration, pallor, pleural effusion, prolonged expiration. Modacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIAMOX, EUGLUCON, SELBEX, THEOLONG, HUMULIN, AMINOFLUID, GASTER. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, asthma , blood pressure decreased, dyspnoea, face oedema, hyperhidrosis, pallor, wheezing. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, cold sweat, cough, dyspnoea, lacrimation increased, pallor, peripheral coldness, rhinorrhoea.
