Female patient, 72 years of age, weighting 198.4 lb, was diagnosed with insulin-requiring type 2 diabetes mellitus, asthma  and was treated with Mixtard. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, headache , intervertebral disc disorder, neck pain, product quality issue. Mixtard dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
