Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Mitoxantrone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, bronchial obstruction, leukaemia recurrent, respiratory distress, stenotrophomonas infection. Mitoxantrone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, haemodynamic instability, respiratory distress, torsade de pointes. Mitoxantrone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ARSENIC TRIOXIDE, IDARUBICIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
