and was treated with Mitoxantrone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myelodysplastic syndrome, refractory anaemia with an excess of blasts. Mitoxantrone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, DOXORUBICIN, VINCRISTINE, BLEOMYCIN, DEXAMETHASONE, ETOPOSIDE. Mitoxantrone dosage: 10 MG/M2, 1 IN 1 CYCLE, INTRAVENOUS 8 CYCLES. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, DEXAMETHASONE, RITUXIMAB, INTERFERON ALFA.
