Female patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with lymphoma What is  lymphoma and was treated with Mitoxantrone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myelodysplastic syndrome, refractory anaemia with an excess of blasts. Mitoxantrone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, DOXORUBICIN, VINCRISTINE, BLEOMYCIN, DEXAMETHASONE, ETOPOSIDE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myelodysplastic syndrome, refractory anaemia with an excess of blasts. Mitoxantrone dosage: 10 MG/M2, 1 IN 1 CYCLE, INTRAVENOUS 8 CYCLES. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, DEXAMETHASONE, RITUXIMAB, INTERFERON ALFA. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, DEXAMETHASONE, RITUXIMAB, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, DOXORUBICIN, VINCRISTINE, BLEOMYCIN. Patient died.
