Mitoxantrone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from GERMANY on Oct 05, 2005. Male patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with progressive multiple sclerosis and was treated with Mitoxantrone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: osteonecrosis . Mitoxantrone dosage: 12 MG/M2. During the same period patient was treated with CORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Mitoxantrone dosage: 19.7 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with NAVELBINE, MITOMYCIN, XELODA, FORTECORTIN, AROMASIN, ZOMETA. Patient died on 02/01/2005.
