After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction. Mitoxantrone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 66 years of age, weighting 407.9 lb, was diagnosed with acute monocytic leukaemia and was treated with Mitoxantrone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anoxic encephalopathy, brain injury, cardiac disorder, cardio-respiratory arrest, hypoxic encephalopathy, leukaemia, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure. Mitoxantrone dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 09/20/2006.
