Mitoxantrone Side Effects Report #5531565-4
Mitoxantrone side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 21, 2007. Male patient, 84 years of age, weighting 107.8 lb, was diagnosed with prostate cancer  and was treated with Mitoxantrone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, confusional state, delusion, dementia , hallucination, infection , insomnia, malignant neoplasm progression, meningitis . Mitoxantrone dosage: 12 MG/M2 Q3W - INTRAVENOUS NOS. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, GLYCERYL TRINITRATE, OXYCODONE, TEMAZEPAM, TRIAMTERENE, METOPROLOL, DOCUSATE, MEGESTROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/07/2007.

During the same period patient was treated with DOCETAXEL, IROFULVEN, CAPECITABINE. Patient died.
