Mitoxantrone side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 06, 2006. Female patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and was treated with Mitoxantrone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myeloid leukaemia, acute respiratory failure, amenorrhoea, asthenia, dizziness What is  dizziness, haematoma, haemorrhoids, hypotension. Mitoxantrone dosage: 12 MG/M2, ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with AVONEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bifascicular block, carotid arteriosclerosis, dizziness What is  dizziness, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, left ventricular hypertrophy, presyncope. Mitoxantrone dosage: 12 MG/M2 Q3W - INTRAVENOUS DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, LEUPROLIDE ACETATE, PROCHLORPERAZINE EDISYLATE, LANSOPRAZOLE, LORTAB, IBUPROFEN, VITAMIN CAP, VALSARTAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
