Mitoxantrone Side Effects Report #5022371-8
Mitoxantrone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on May 19, 2006. Female patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and was treated with Mitoxantrone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myeloid leukaemia, anaemia, chromosome abnormality, haemorrhagic disorder, lung disorder, neutropenia, septic shock, thrombocytopenia. Mitoxantrone dosage: 20 MG. During the same period patient was treated with AZATHIOPRINE, INTERFERON BETA. Patient died on 12/13/2001.

Mitoxantrone dosage: 20 MG Q3W IV. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, NEUPOGEN. Patient died on 10/26/2007.
