Mitotane side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 16, 2008. Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 198.4 lb, was diagnosed with adrenal carcinoma and was treated with Mitotane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal carcinoma, blister, disease progression, erythema multiforme, lip erosion, wound secretion. Mitotane dosage: 2000MG QID PO. During the same period patient was treated with DECADRON, SENOKET, ENOXAPARIN, ZETIA, FENTANYL CITRATE, LASIX, ATARAX, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
