Mitotane side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on June 02, 2008. Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with adrenal carcinoma and was treated with Mitotane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, asthenia, neurotoxicity. Mitotane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, HYDROCORTISONE, OMEPRAZOLE, ACETAMINOPHEN, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
