Mitomycin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Oct 19, 2005. Female patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and was treated with Mitomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomegaly, haemolytic uraemic syndrome, interstitial lung disease, pericardial effusion. Mitomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IRINOTECAN, PREDNISOLONE, OMEPRAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
