Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with ovarian epithelial cancer and was treated with Mitomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemodialysis, haemolytic uraemic syndrome, pancytopenia, renal impairment. Mitomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENDOXAN, FLUOROURACIL, NAUZELIN, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, MUCOSTA, CHINESE HERBS, GASMOTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
