Misoprostol side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Nov 17, 2005. Female patient, 27 years of age, was diagnosed with abortion spontaneous and was treated with Misoprostol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , hyperventilation, hypotension, pulse abnormal. Misoprostol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THYROXINE, FOLIC ACID, MIFEPRISTONE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , haemoglobin decreased, hypotension, off label use, tremor, uterine rupture. Misoprostol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIFEPRISTONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
