Misoprostol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 17, 2008. Male patient, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Misoprostol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, anaemia, balance disorder, blood pressure decreased, cholelithiasis, depression , dizziness , dry mouth, fall . Misoprostol dosage: 75 MG, 2X/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, NIASPAN, ASPIRIN, PRILOSEC, AVAPRO. Patient recovered.
