Minoxidil side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 13, 2005. Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Minoxidil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, loss of consciousness, pulmonary oedema. Minoxidil dosage: 40 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, SYNTHROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Minoxidil dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, 1 IN 1 D),ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, TRIAMTEREN, ATENOLOL, LASIX, ACETAMINOPHEN W. Patient recovered.
