Male patient, 91 years of age, weighting 175.7 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Minoxidil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, pericardial effusion. Minoxidil dosage: 5 MG PO DAILY. Patient recovered.
