Minoxidil side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 06, 2006. Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 300.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Minoxidil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood pressure diastolic increased, blood pressure inadequately controlled, bradycardia, dyspnoea, fatigue, gout What is  gout, oedema peripheral, pericardial effusion. Minoxidil dosage: 10 MG BID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Minoxidil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, AMLODIPINE, SPIRONOLACTONE, ENALAPRIL, METOPROLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
