After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioneurotic oedema, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, blood pressure decreased, ejection fraction decreased, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, eosinophilic myocarditis, hypersensitivity, transaminases increased, troponin i increased.
