Minocin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 18, 2006. Female patient, 22 years of age, weighting 120.1 lb, was diagnosed with acne  and was treated with Minocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, fatigue, lupus-like syndrome, myalgia. Minocin dosage: 100 MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMINS. Patient recovered.

Minocin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Jan 23, 2006. Female patient, 19 years of age, was diagnosed with acne  and was treated with Minocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, arthralgia, eyelid oedema, joint range of motion decreased, joint swelling, lupus-like syndrome, rash , swelling face. Minocin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 18 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with acne  and was treated with Minocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bedridden, lupus-like syndrome. Minocin dosage: 50 MG 2 TIMES A DAY. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN, PROTONIX. Patient recovered.
