Female patient, 19 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia mycoplasmal and was treated with Minocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood immunoglobulin e increased, csf virus identified, depressed level of consciousness, human herpes virus 6 serology positive, hypersensitivity, liver disorder, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging brain abnormal, paresis, polymerase chain reaction. Minocin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
