Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with pollakiuria, urinary incontinence  and was treated with Minirin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, hyponatraemia, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, muscular weakness, psychiatric symptom. Minirin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
