Minims dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MINIMS LIGNOCAINE, BUPIVACAINE, HYALURONIDASE, MINIMS PROXYMETACAINE, POVIDONE IODINE, CEFUROXIME, PREDNISOLONE PHOSPHATE.
