After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock. Minims dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, DEVIL, ARNICA. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINYM, ASCAL BRUISTABLET, CLARITINE, ESTRADIOLUM, TRANSDERMAAL, FENPROCOUMON, LOSEC MUPSLET MGA, RHINOCORT NEVEL NASALE INHVLST. Patient recovered.
