Female patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Miglitollet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic enzyme increased, jaundice . Miglitollet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIMATIL, AMARYL, VALSARTAN, PREDONINE, PARIET, ALLOPURINOL, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, BIOTAMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
