Midodrine Side Effects Report #5336841-6
Midodrine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from KOREA, DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF on May 09, 2007. Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension and was treated with Midodrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebellar syndrome, confusional state, disorientation, dysarthria, dysphagia, grand mal convulsion, hypertension, leukoencephalopathy, somnolence. Midodrine dosage: 2.5 MG, 3X/DAY:TID, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebellar syndrome, confusional state, disorientation, dysarthria, dysphagia, grand mal convulsion, hypertension, leukoencephalopathy, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging brain abnormal. Midodrine dosage: 2.5 MG, 3X/DAY:TID, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
