Midodrine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on June 20, 2005. Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 103.6 lb, was diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension and was treated with Midodrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure diastolic increased, cerebrovascular accident, dysphasia, loss of consciousness, systolic hypertension. Midodrine dosage: 10 MG, 3X/DAY; TID. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDROCORTISONE ACETATE, RIVASTIGMINE TARTRATE, CARBAMAZEPINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with FLUDROCORTISONE ACETATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
