Midazolam Side Effects Report #5191165-5
Midazolam side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 20, 2006. Male patient, 87 years of age, weighting 180.0 lb, was diagnosed with sedation and was treated with Midazolam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory arrest, skin discolouration. Midazolam dosage: 3 MG IV. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL TRANSDERMAL SYSTEM, ZOCOR, ACTOS, CALCIUM, AVANDAMET, FLOMAX, UROXATRAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
