Miconazole Side Effects Report #5095811-6
Miconazole side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Aug 24, 2006. Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal fungal infection and was treated with Miconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bilirubin increased, blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, haemoglobin decreased, neutrophil percentage decreased, platelet count decreased, red blood cell count decreased, white blood cell count decreased. Miconazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFOTAXIME, LANSOPRAZOLE, METHYPHENIDATE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died on 08/01/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bilirubinuria, blood bilirubin increased, blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, haemoglobin decreased, white blood cell count decreased. Miconazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFOTAXIME, LANSOPRAZOLE, METHYPHENIDATE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died on 08/01/2006.
