Mexitil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Jan 12, 2005. Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy and was treated with Mexitil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dialysis , hypersensitivity, renal failure acute. Mexitil dosage: 300 MG (100 MG) PO. During the same period patient was treated with EUGLUCON, LIPOVAS, JUVELA NICOTINATE, METHYCOBAL, FAMOTIDINE, POLLAKISU, HARNAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemodialysis, hepatic function abnormal, renal failure acute, surgery , toxic skin eruption. Mexitil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, ASPIRIN, DIART, CARVEDILOL, MICARDIS, LENDORMIN, PLAVIX, ALDACTONE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
